The Enugu State Government has appealed to able-bodied youths in the state to apply for ongoing Nigerian Army recruitment and make a career within the army.
The Enugu State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Dr Malachy Agbo, made the appeal in a statement issued on Thursday in Enugu.
According to Agbo, the state government wishes to inform the general public, especially eligible youths, that the online application for the Nigerian Army Recruitment Exercise for 91 Regular Recruits Intake has commenced.
The commissioner said, “The application, which is free of charge, opened on March 30 and will close on May 17, 2026.
“Interested applicants are to apply via the official portal: https://recruitment.army.mil.ng.
“All applications will be screened online, and successful candidates will be shortlisted for the physical screening exercise at the Headquarters, 82 Division, Abakpa Barracks”.
He encouraged eligible youths of the state to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their applications before the deadline.
